"Amazing agent. Rob and his team are amazing. Anytime I have had a question, issue, or problem they always go above and beyond to help us get it taken care of. Whether it was going above and beyond to help a stranded teenage driver, or retrieving us from being stranded, arranging a rental car, and driving us to our their prearranged rental to get back on our way. "Just came over to State Farm from another provider. Not only did they get me a cheaper rate but better coverages as well. Heather their office manager is very informative, friendly, and always available when I call. Highly recommend coming over to this agent if you want to save some cash!"

"If you're looking for an insurance office that really listens, doesn't try to oversell you something you don't need and does everything they can to help during your most stressful times, then this is the place! To start the staff is amazing, you're greeted with friendly faces immediately, everyone is extremely knowledgeable, and it's like you're talking with friends. Robb helped us 3 years ago with our home, camper, and 2 auto policies. He was able to get us signed up quickly, the process was so smooth, and was very thorough with the coverage explanation. I cannot say enough great things about Robb and his team, truly kind and caring people. Definitely the easiest decision we made."

"Loved this place when I first joined them about 6 years ago….went downhill fast once Covid hit (price gouging was a DEFINITE THING with these guys….they even were ordered by the governor to refund us during Covid due to it) I will say that shops that work with them make it easy to get your car fixed, except once when I got my car back the glovebox was no longer attached correctly….not really State Farm’s fault but I can’t tell you how MANY business told me time and time again “we don’t work with State Farm because they “DONT PAY US” bad sign if your stuck in a bad situation with nowhere to go…they used to be cheap but year after year the amount just increases and when I added my wife she had a ticket for running a red light which increased my insurance through them (that’s fine, I get it) buuuuuuut it only affects your record for a certain period of time, when I recently price checked insurance agencies I found that this is no longer on her record, yet I’m still paying for it because State Farm just “hopes you don’t notice” it’s sad I have to add these guys to places I will NEVER Insure with again, because they were so good to me so long ago. But some businesses just aren’t good at managing what’s important and with insurance, your customer should be up there towards the top….unfortunately State Farm seems more concerned with squeezing you out of your money and making it an inconvenience to leave them, they required my new proof of insurance then never responded when I sent it and another follow up email, I cancelled the next day by calling on a Saturday and getting sent to the actual corporation, kinda funny that they diddnt require anything from me to cancel….yet Rob HAS TO HAVE PROOF, I understand it’s a liability issue but you have ways to record phone calls and cover yourself legally if you actually have trained people in your establishment….super sad I have to leave such a poor review but loyalty literally means nothing to these big corps….if your insured through these guys PLEASE PRICE CHECK AROUND! I saved 110 a month and ADDED A CAR BY SWITCHING!!!!!!!!!! Sorry if my misleading information distracts you, but if it did, at least I know your will price check these guys and they will always lose 😘, I also included it was a liability issue and understood his predicament, which again, very misleading….but when my auto pay is set up to come out over the weekend when your not open and your associate tells me “oh well I’m leaving soon so I’ll text you an email to send the info to” then I send the info and nothing happens…so I follow up with another email and again, nothing happens….so I’m FORCED to call on Saturday and finally talk to the main corporation and they solved my problems in literally 15 mins while your organization took until Tuesday….literally 4-5 days after I needed it to take place…. You can take the “misleading” information whatever way you want but people should definitely know your not out for anyone’s best interest except for State Farm….continue being a good neighbor"

"James sorry to see the negative review. This follows up the review from your wife from last week. I am really confused about this review, especially after speaking with you on the phone a couple times last week. I addressed your concerns and you told me you understood. You said “I get it know and that all makes sense”. I am sorry to hear repairs didn’t meet your standards I would seek out the shop that did the work. Like you mentioned in the review we don’t do the actual work on the vehicles. That decision is up to you were to take them to. I am not sure what “went downhill after covid” is referring to or means but doesn’t seem relevant. We reached out following the initial review with no return response. I see the review has been edited and I would research where those refunds came from during this covid time you speak of. They were sent out with the insurance companies but came from the State of Michigan. So we weren’t ordered to refund you any money. You can look up MCCA refund for further details on that. I explained to you about the cancellation process and actually made it very easy for you. We spoke on the phone and exchanged emails back and forth. Which we do have all the phone calls when they happened and the emails back and forth for these reasons. I even sent you a confirmation email letting you know it was all handled for you. If there was issues of concerns you can have spoken with me about it when we were on the phone. When I asked if there was anything else and you said no thank you appreciate the help!! I guess words mean different things to different people. In my mind thank you and I appreciate your help and I am all set means to me your good. That would signify you are happy with everything. Just seems weird and very miss leading to not bring up concerns about a company until after you have left. If there where issues why not address them with me during your stay with us? Most people understand rating for accidents and tickets but if there was a question about it we would have been happy to answer it for you. There is a lot of left out misinformation in the review that doesn’t say the entire story. Coverage matches risk along with what coverages you keep on vehicles or some people elect to put cars in just comprehensive coverage so there are a lot of variables to look at with that. At the end of the day a long review of untruth information does nothing. We have been respectful, attentive and addressed any and all concerns you have brought to our attention. We appreciate the time for the review along with the follow up editing. We wish you the best and hope you have a better day! "

"Not sure why a company would deny a customer to cancel a policy they are not happy with without reviewing the new company's policy. I've never heard of such a thing. Reviewing Michigan Auto Laws I'm also not seeing how this is a requirement as everything states it can be cancelled at anytime per the insured request. This seems like an absolutely unnecessary hassle to someone that has had a policy with you for years. Thanks for the inconvenience!"

"All I can say about this company is they must be hard up for customer's they keep calling my phone about insurance texting me and keep calling when I told them to Quit calling and bothering me so far today they have called me 2 times and text me 1 time after that again I going to say stop bothering me I had to give them 1 star or it would not let me post this"
